In order for ETA1 to make a player an offer for the 2019-2020 club season, the players MUST be registered in OCS. This is the program that the North Texas Region implemented to distributed any and all offers from sanctioned clubs. This is for players who DID NOT PLAY in the North Texas Region last year.
